I am very grateful to have worked with Emily Solomon on the first Santa Barbara Restaurant Week. I was introduced to Emily last spring, 2017 and immediately responded to my first impression by asking her to join our team as our marketing manager. She brought enthusiasm and creativity through her skills and qualifications to manage and develop our website and social media. Emily came on board devoting her time and passion to a concept she experienced while living in Boston, as she strongly believed it would be a success in Santa Barbara as well. This opportunity allowed her to express her passion for food and develop new relationships in our culinary community. Our team worked closely together this past year to produce and create a concept that was long overdue in our community. Emily’s business requires constant attention to detail and communication. Her commitment, hard work and dedication to helping launch this first-time event has reflected our success for this year. I am very proud Emily is a part of our team.
I hired The Food Marketer after seeing little movement on our social media presence from a previous PR company that we worked with. After a year of struggling to get my SQUARESPACE website up and running I decided to hire Emily at The Food Marketer. I don’t remember who recommended her initially, but I do know she worked with Amy McGee to offer CDs a discount. I just want to endorse her and say how helpful she was.
